Who we are

This site is run by Galvan Group B.V., Schouwburgweg 3, Gaito, Willemstad, Curaçao. We build AI and automation software for businesses and public organisations, and look after it.

What we collect

We collect what you send us through the assessment request form and the contact form:

• your name and company
• your phone number and email address
• your language
• your message
• the page you sent the form from

Like most web servers, ours keep ordinary request logs when a page is loaded.

Why we use it

We use your details to answer your request and to plan the assessment with you.

Our legal basis, in plain terms: you asked us to get in touch, and we have a legitimate interest in answering you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Where it is stored and how it is protected

Your data is kept on servers we look after ourselves. Those servers have no open inbound ports. Visitors reach the site through the network edge, and engineers manage the servers over an encrypted private mesh.

Every night, databases are copied off-site, then copied again, encrypted, into a separate account. We monitor the servers day and night, and every week we check the software on them for known vulnerabilities.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we need them to handle your request and any project that follows. After that, we delete them.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Aptabase, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool run on Galvan’s own servers. It counts page views and clicks without cookies or personal data, using only a random visit number that disappears when you close the tab, and it honours Do Not Track.

Our fonts come from Google Fonts. When a page loads, Google receives your IP address so it can send the fonts to you.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and object to how we use it.

We handle personal data under Curaçao’s personal data protection law, the Landsverordening bescherming persoonsgegevens. If you are in the European Union, the GDPR also applies to you.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
