Variable Descriptions
Number of Easy Data Points:
This refers to the number of data points that are relatively easy to extract and structure. These data points are in formats like tables or well-organized lists that don’t require complex data extraction techniques.
Number of Complex Data Points:
This refers to the number of data points that are more difficult to extract. Complex data points may be embedded in unstructured text, require manual processing, or involve advanced data extraction methods.
Update Frequency:
The frequency at which the data points need to be updated. You can select how often the data should be refreshed, depending on the volatility of the data.
Monthly: The data is updated once a month.
Weekly: The data is updated once a week.
Quarterly: The data is updated every three months.
Yearly: The data is updated once a year.
Total API Calls Per Month:
This is the total number of API calls (requests to access data) made each month. API calls allow external systems to request and retrieve data from the database.
Setup Fee:
The one-time cost required to set up the database and prepare the scraping process. This includes initial planning, setting up API connections, and organizing data structures.
Recurring Fee:
The ongoing monthly cost for maintaining the system. This includes the cost of regularly scraping data, making API calls, and maintaining the database. The recurring fee varies depending on the update frequency and the number of API calls per month
